• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Worker Registration

Workers registering on our platform must:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Maintain valid government-issued identification for verification
• Pay the required subscription fees (₦2,500/month with promotional offers)
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain professional conduct at all times

5. Subscription and Payments

Worker subscriptions are billed monthly at ₦2,500. First-time subscribers receive a promotional offer of 2 months for the price of 1. Subscriptions must be maintained to remain visible on the platform.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the site for any purpose other than that for which we make the site available. The site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

8. Limitation of Liability

WorkmanFinder serves as a platform to connect clients with workers. We are not responsible for the quality of work performed, disputes between parties, or any damages arising from the use of our service.
